My 1993 olds cutless ciera S powerlocks keep clicking unlocking and locking the door when car is off draining the battery

You will probably need to take your Cutless into an auto electrician. Until you can take it in, I suggest disconnecting the battery when you aren't driving. This way the battery won't be drained. It is usually simply a matter of unscrewing the cord connecting to the battery. It can be found in the driver's manual or online if you need to know which cord to disconnect.

I am looking for the same problem. The power door lock work only on to unlock. When I try to lock the doors I hear only a cliking three time but the doors doesn't unlock

since it drains your battery so it is a bad relay problem from the beginning the bad relay will cause a short circuit

Have a 1993 ciera. put new battery in and alarm keeps going off and won't start. didn't know it had alarm system
TRY TO CYCLE THE KEY IN THE DOOR LOCKS THIS SHOULD DEACTIVATE THE SYSTEM

Hi Friend: Your Circuit Breaker for your power door locks are located in your fuse box, its Located Left Side of the drivers side instrament Panel, Which it pulls Down for easy Access. LOCKS HAVE A MIND OF THEIR OWN!!
A good possibility is the control panel on the driver's door for the power windows and locks. This is called a modual and they are known to corrode inside sometimes due to water that may drip in when the driver's window is cracked open and it's raining out, or snow melting. They are also known to defect after some time too. To see if this is the problem, remove the "modual" from the door panel and unplug the electrical harness from the modual. If the power locks stop cycling, you will have to get a replacement modual from your local GM dealership or possibly your local parts store like NAPA and such fourth. In the mean time, remove fuse number 14 from the fuse box located underneath the hood in the engine compartment on the driver's side behind the windshield washer fluid tank. the fuse is for all the powerlock motors in the vehicle. This will stop the motors from continuing runnig and draining your battery.
