Why wont my 2007 saturn aura xe not start with a full battert?

Sounds like the starter is bad take it out and take to a local parts house that checks them for free (they must be removed from vehicle). I state that but when you charge the battery you are sure battery is good? You may think the battery is charged but still not providing 12-13 volts. A cheap tester/ohm meter will reveal how many volts at positive and negative terminals.

Battert is charged up but car will not start

Could you rephrase your info and add if the engine is cranking and will not start or if the engine does not make any sounds or what sounds it makes (if any).

Check your brake lights when pressing the brake pedal to see if they are lighting. One problem any Ford made vehicle can have is a switch on the brake pedal lever can be hit with the Drivers feet and it moves or breaks the part.

But this would not be the case if the engine turns when you put the key to the START position.

Another KEY problem in Ford made vehicles is the Inertia switch. This is a resettable safety switch for cutting off the fuelpump power.

It may be behind the front kickpanels or inside the trunk. This depends on the Year and model vehicle. It can create a mysterious no start condition because it cuts off power to the fuelpump.

Hi, to check the alternator, check the voltage with the engine running and the jumper cables removed. If the voltage is less than 14 VDC with the engine running, remove the alternator and have it tested at your local chain store.

Change battery

If you're talking about the car battery, you can replace it yourself. If your radio has a theftlock, you might need the unlock code to turn it back on. As far as batteries go, you get what you pay for. So I would recommend Interstate. They are expensive, but WELL worth it.
