I've found the easiest way is to buy a HAYNES manuel ( I've found it's easier to understand than CHILTONS ) they're about $20 at autozone or o'reilys or even wal mart. It walks you through it step by step and has all the tech. Specs and pics you'll need. You'll Also find this book comes in handy for pretty much EVERYTHING you do on the car.

Is there a fuse for the electric fan on a 2008 pt cruiser
Most likely a "relay" not a fuse. Look up 08 pt fat relay on ebaymotors and see if something comes up. Then you can message the seller as to the location of the relay also.

Location speed sensor pt cruiser 03 touring car do
It sounds like the module is in limp mode. The speed sensor is most likely the cause, but it can be some other things as well. A scan will give a code stating the problem area.

The speed sensors are on the side of the trasmission that faces the front of the vehicle. There are 2 of them, and they are the same sensor. One is an input speed sensor located closest to the engine, the other is the output speed sensor.

2007 PT Cruiser no pressure coming from the vents when the heat or cool air is turn on. You can feel the heat just no pressure.
Ck the fuse for your fan,then the switch and then the fan motor.
