I will assume that you have upgraded the lights on your 92 Camry as I don't remember them coming with a blue high beam; but that is ok.I think what you are saying is that you added lights to your Camry. Problem is you may be overloading your light circuit depending upon what you have added or changed on your vehicle. You may want to check a wiring diagram, refer to www.chilton.cengage.com and also check your wiring starting where your bulbs sockets are and see if anything is wrong there. Also take a good highbeam bulb for this auto and insert it in the highbeam bulb socket. See if a new bulbs works.
Check for the blue wire in the harnessacrossthe front in front of the rad it will be a broken wire near the drivers headlight the blue is for low beam tje high beam is pink there is also two splices just under the drivers headlamp check for green corosion
ok...silly question, and dont be offended that i asked please, but have you checked the globes...as i have had alot of cusomters coming in with noticing that all the lgiths have blown, but they do not realise until they have none, they dont seem to notice if one goes out ????
hiya, it sounds like a problem with either the stalk for the lights high beam or the relay isnt latching properly. id start with the relay as some relays on cars are interchangable. swap one over for another that is the same then try it. if this doesnt work try a new stalk. hope i helped :0)
Could be that your high beam light's are burnt out and need to be replaced. When you say the the switch is new you mean the lever on the stearing collum is new right?? Good luck
Well...lets start with the obvious. Check fuses and NEVER piggyback any stereo or security stuff into their fuses...you dont want the lights to shut down during a night drive!! Check under the hood for a relay center...also has some fuses there as well.
The Daytime Running Lamps are a "straight through wiring configuration". Doubt it even goes through a headlight switch at all. But the regular lights do. Unless you've worked on the front of the car and forgot to plug the headlights back in, do this... Turn the light switch on...looking at the instrument cluster , can you make the high-beam-indicator light come on? As you rotate the headlight switch knob...does the instrument panel lights brighten or dim? You probably have a faulty headlight switch...auto stores have them...they simply plug in.
are you setting still or driving when ingaugeing the 4 wheel drive if you are setting still try putting it in with vehicle moving if it does not light up steady in 4wd then it is not going in 4wd
