This is a 2013 Hyundai santa fe suv not Napier but that was the only option this site gives. A few months ago my rear passenger door would not open with remote. All other doors opened with remote. I have to manually unlock the back door for passengers for that door. Now, when I enter the car and shut the door in drivers seat the doors all lock about three times...they keep attempting to lock when they are already locked. How do I fix all of these problems. Thank you!
First thing to check is the wires that run into the drivers door. Pull the rubber back and look for broken or damaged wires. Next take the switches out of the drivers door and check the wires and connector to the switches.
The rear door problem is the lock actuator. The problem with locks keep activated when you close driver door. My uncle's Santa Fe has same problem and couldn't fix problem under any circumstances. I even rebuilt the entire lock system didn't help
