If the fuel pump is working,Just Turn on the key to the run position, raise the hood and locate the injector port purge valve(looks like a valve on a tire)Just depress it until the gas comes out.

Ran out of gas now wont start 2001 sebring?

I assume you put fuel in the tank. This car uses a small high pressure fuel pump to pump gas to the engine, this pump is located inside the fuel tank, the tiny pump depends on the gas it sits in for cooling and for lubrication, if you run out of gas you quickly damage the pump, in fact any time you run below 1/8 tank you cause it to run hot, so you might get away with running out of gas once or twice by you always run the risk of the pump freezing up from lack of lubrication and cooling when you run out of gas, which is what you have likely done.

Ran out of fuel then put some in now it wont start

its very common for the fuel pump to fail when you run out of fuel. Try smacking the bottom of the gas tank hard a few times while someone cranks. This may free up the pump. If it doesn't then a pump will be needed if you verified you have no fuel pressure.

Where is my fuel pump at? on a 1995 chevy camero 3.4 yes ran the car out of gas put so in wont start now what should i do first

Your fuel pump is in the tank. Turn on the ignition, and listen if you can hear the pump run in the tank. It will only run a few seconds if the engine is not running. You can repeat this several times to prime the fuel injection.

99 gmc wont start

check electric fuel pump operation ( located in the fuel tank ). Occasionally a fuel pump will burn out when running out of fuel, due to the fact the pump runs DRY for about 30 seconds till the fuel stops flowing out of the injectors, the engine quits, simultainously losing oil pressure which FINALLY shuts off the fuel pump. Sometimes TOO LATE. Hope this helps

Ran out of gas. Put gas into SUV but still will not start??

The fuel pump has most likely frozen up from overheating it, the pump (located in the fuel tank) is cooled by the gas it is submersed in, anytime the tank is run lower than 1/4 the pump gets hot from coming out of the gas in the tank, this shortens the life allot. You are going to have to replace the pump.

My 2001 cavalier ran out of gas, and now it wont start after putting gas in the tank. the engine cranks but wont start. could it be the pump?

You will need to check the fuel pressure. You will have a connection on the fuel line to the motor under the hood. No fuel pressure indicates one of three problems. Fuse in fuse box, relay in relay box under the hood or fuel pump located in fuel tank.
