It sounds like you have a front bearing hub assembly going bad. The easiest way to check for a bad hub is to jack the front wheels off the ground. For safety install a set of jack stands underneath the frame. Now one at a time, grab the tire/wheel assembly at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions (not 9&3) and rock back and forth to check for play. If you find excessive play on one of the hubs you must change the assembly as it is a sealed bearing. Look up the correct part for your truck on rockauto.com. Youtube has many videos on how to replace the hub. It's not a very hard job to do with basic hand tools. Good luck.

You probably have one or more bad ball joints in the steering on the front end. This truck should have grease zerks on the ball joints. If you greese everything and it gets quite, then it is the ball joints. However a WARNING. If the ball joint was squeaking and grinding, it should be replaced. Have a good mechanic check it out. Its hard to do yourself without the proper tools and knowledge. This is possibly a dangerous situation and something could come loose on the front end and you lose the ability to control the vehicle.
There are other possibilities, like snow and ice build up between the tires. Or bad wheal bearings. Jack the front end up, and rotate the wheels. They should spin freely with no noise. Next grap the wheel top and bottom. There should be no play.

If this is a four wheel drive vehicle it is a possiblility you have bad CV joints or universal joints which transfer power to the wheels. To check this, engage the 4x4, set the parking brake, and jack up the front end. Grap the wheel and try to rotate it, it should not move at all. . If the CV joints are out, you should be able to hear noise when you do this.

Grinding noise....sounds like metal

Check the disk brake pads. At slower speeds you can hear them squeak because there is less wind and road noise. The other possibility could be a bad u joint at the ends of the axle half shafts on the front differential. Check both. I really doubt it is the transfer case. You transfer case is engaged all the time. The axle is locked and engaged when you flip the lever by a vacuum motor on the axle shaft on the differential.

Blinker works intermittently

more than likely u have a bad flasher. to use it in the meantime, do this: push the lever just enuff to see the arrow flashing (before it starts buzzing), then hesitate briefly and slowly move the lever into the full position. or if u prefer u can hold the lever at the flash until your turn is made.

Front wheel seems about to fall off

It sounds like the Bearings are out on that Wheel. You Could have caused damage to the Spindle in addition. Not a Cheap Fix by any Means. Check the Bearings and Spindle for Breakage.
