Please re-post, i can not understand that.
I get the ESP light,?
under what conditions?
you replaced the ABS system, nah , i dont believe that. not at all.
what exactly did you replace , name the parts.
ABS controller, ABS modulator, , ABS sensors and tone rings?
did you read the FSM on this?
i bet not.
the 2004 here might help.

the brakes must all be good (1st)
the ABS must be 100% perfect, or the ESP will fail.
ESP uses many system functions to stop skids. including the ABS controls.
to fix this , you need a scanner that can scan all systems on this car.

Testimonial: "For the past 3 years, I have owed a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, 5.7 Hemi -the amount of warranty work that has been preformed over the last 2.5 years has easily exceeded what it's worth. One problem that the dealer has never been able to properly diagnose is the "Service Electrical Brake System" dash light warning. This light along with a few others, usually are triggered when the outside temperature falls to around 20F. Here is what usually happens when I start the Jeep on a cold morning - The "Service Electrical Brake Light" along with the traction control light will display, once in a while the engine light will also show up. In order to clear this, I need to turn the engine off and start it back up.....this always works, except for the engine light, this usually disappears after an hour. Again, this only happens when it's cold. Other than these lights, the Jeep is working perfect - I decided to keep it as so much has been replaced as it should be good for many more years. I have a comprehensive (zero deductible) Chrysler Gold warranty that is good until late 2012, so hopefully I can get this fixed before it expires. Since so many parts have been replaced (Cluster, modules, wiring harness, ignition switch, etc, etc.) I was hoping the problem would get resolved. Any help would be really appreciated...thanks!"

the warranty keeps going if they never fix the orignal problem.... Id never take it to any dealer, id use ASE shop.. but warranty is just that... first off why not buy a cheap scantool and instead of ignoring the errors scan the PCM. THE CEL came on, it wanted to tell you what is wrong but you refuse to look, , no shop can fix a car , that arrives and works prefect. its all just a circus , hoping dont work take action, take control get a scan tool and scan it and report those DTC errors. or you will buy this car 3 times. as they say, cant fix it , if it is not broke.... its ture., when you take it in like that , they get rich fixing nothing, and guess what, you asked them to... they just do wha they are told. guess and fix, repeat wash and rince. Seems its a brake failure of some kind, but unless you scan it at LAMP time, nobody will know. I do wish you luck and do hope it gets discovered. I do feel your pain, i do... !!!

For the seat bottom, you just need to pull it up. The seat backs would have to be unbolted.

SOURCE: 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Problem

I would start by checking all the fuses under the hood.
There is a fuse called IOD which the factory leaves out and gets put in at the dealer.
That fuse could be bad.

Check the Trans fluid level with it running and at operating temperature. Jeep NAG1 transmissions are known to have the input electric seal leak trans fluid. Not an exspensive fix add Mopar ATF4 and then relace the guild seal.

Abs light is on intermittently as well as service electric break system, service 4wheel drive system, check engine light, and vehicle with wavy lines. 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 hemi. 140,00 hwy mi.

If you want to DiY, get an OBD code reader that'l connect to a smartphone. I use one with my two Mopars and it's great for pulling diagnostic codes (and recording GPS tracks). The brakes, electronic 4WD and traction control (wavy lines) are all critical safety systems; if you don't pull the codes yourself then get it to a good mechanic as soon as you can.

ESP is engaged and I cant disengage

IF the light is staying on its because it has a problem kind of like a check light. Also if the light is on the ESP IS DISENGAGED. meaning no traction control and most likely no antilock brakes. You need to pull the codes from all of the computers in the car and find out why the system is shutting down. IE wheel speed sensor, loss of power, short to ground, mismatched tires, ride height sensors, etc

1999 Grand Cherokee at night when headlights are on the right brake light goes off when you apply the brakes

The 1999 Jeep Gran Cherokee has standard all-wheel antilock brakes. The new braking system has electronic brake distribution capability, which makes for a quieter, less pulsing and more balanced braking experience. Possessing the largest brake rotors in the sport-utility segment, the Grand Cherokee meets or exceeds requirements for passenger vehicles, which are stricter than those for light trucks. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Abs light stays on in my 97 jeep grand cherokee

The light means there is a problem with the abs pump or one of the sensors for the abs system. Your regular brakes will function normally but while the light is on you have no antilock braking. Abs systems can be fairly complicated, it may be best to take the truck to a reputable repair shop.

2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Keeps stalling, engine

P0505 means the whole Idle Control system, not only the IAM. Check all related sensors (i.e. crankshaft sensor). Check with a voltmeter direct at the connector of the IAM if you get any signal. Remove the IAM from the TB, connect him, let someone switch your ignition key to ON. The IAM need to drive in/out for a short time to find the right position. Hold the IAM near a hard part, that they cant drive out completely! If IAM works fine, check the fuel pressure, check and clean your TB ( if not done yet). If that doesn't work, come back again please

How do i find the brake light fuse on my 2003 jeep grand cherokee? fuse 19 under the dashboard is antilock brakes. Is that the correct fuse?

That's for the abs system only, not the brake lights. All brake lights are not working? Check the brake light switch (aka stop light switch), which is attached to the upper brake pedal, and has a wire attached to it. If it's shot, the brake lights won't work. If this is not the problem, let me know so I can help further.

Both the abs and brake light is on and stays on what could be wro

Your ABS systems use a combination of electronic and hydraulic systems to modulate the brakes individually to prevent them from locking up. Antilock systems consist of wheel speed sensors, a hydraulic control unit (HCU), and an electronic control unit (ECU). Because of how complex the system is your computer does a self-test. If the check is successful, the ANTILOCK and BRAKE lights will go out within a few seconds. If one of the component of the ABS system fails to pass the test one or both lights will remain lit. One or both warning lights may also come on while driving, also indicating a problem. If just the ANTILOCK warning light comes on, some ABS component has failed, but the car still has hydraulic brakes. You or a technician will have to perform further testing to pinpoint cause and the proper repair.

Please let me know if this information is helpful. Positive feedback is appreciated. Thank You!
