You can purchase a new filter from NAPA you do however have to remove the fuel pump as it is the bottom half of the fuel pump housing

Well the bad news is all the newer cars are puttin the filters with the fuel pumps(sold together)and that will be in the fuel tank.

The fuel filter on the ES300 is located under the hood, on the driver's side, by the fenderwell.

The engine air filter in a 2002 lexus ES300 is located in a black box behind the battery. It should have a thick air hose connecting to it which is the air intake. Open the two 10 millimeter bolts holding it together and open it and replace the filter.
