No fuel'ican pour gas in the throttle body and it will start but

check the OBD codes as most likely a sensor on the fuel delivery system

is your security key lamp lit on dash.

could be a bad ground, i had a ford that did same thing and it turned out to be a broken ground wire at the fender wall near the battery.

when you first turn the key on you should hear the fuel pump run for about 10 seconds . this primes the fuel system .If you do not hear the pump run then you need to check the circuits for the pump
the fuel pump has a fuse and a relay that is use to power up the pump . you should check the fuse and if they are ok then switch the fuel pump relay with a like one in the fuse box (horn relay is the same as the fuel pump relay ) I think the fuse and the relay are both in the under hood fuse box on your truck . If these all check out ok then you need to check for power and ground at the fuel pump connector . if this checks out all good then replace the fuel pump . some times if you think the pump is not working you can bang on the gas tank with a rubber mallet this may move the pump winding off of the dead spot and the truck will start ... but this is not a fix .. just a way to get it started to move it or take it to a shop

Make sure you installed your fuel pump correctly, also check the fuel filters directions may be back wards

Check you injector seals,you may be losing pressure in the fuel lines

Tried changing the fuel filter? If that's not it it could be a bad pump

it sounds like the injectors are not opening up man.. replace the injectores and this should fix your problem..good luck keith....
