Hooking up a scan tool that can view sensor data is the preferred method of diagnosting . Looking at fuel trim's , short & long term trim's . are the O2 sensors switch normally , what is Mass air flow sensor doing ? Stall's when hot ,cold or doesn't matter ? Did you use propane around intake manifold to check for leaks or use a bottle of water .

check vacuum leaks such as hydro box linkage host.. the code is ABS lamp and Break Lamp problems

p0171 and p0174 both banks lean

Those codes are for the oxygen sensors, lean fuel mixture on both banks. Change them, problem with stalling and rough idle should go away.
