Mercedes C200 Elegance owner's manual in English

I need an owners manual because the the previous owner of the car had lost it I bought a benz C200 at 1997 year with a electronic transmission. One day, it locked on 2nd gear and cannot shift upgrade when it was turning a corner. I stopped my car and speed up again, it could shift up to 3rd gear but it went down to 2nd gear and locked when the speed reached to 50km. Someone said it might be something wrong on valve body or clutch disc. Please help.

lift the car up by the rear wheels and tow it with the front wheels only on the ground or get a tow in service to put it on a towing dolly.

I have a Mercedes benz, C200, 1996, Elegance. It vibtrates on reverse gear. All other gears are okay

If its a standard transmission its likely a bearing called the pilot bearing . Its a needle bearing that fits into the flywheel and the transmission shaft fits into it .If its worn the transmission will jump in reverse move up and down on the rubber mount . Or if its an automatic then its likely the rubber mount it self or a motor mount witch is also a rubber mount there is 2 on the motor and 1 on the trany
