SOURCE: solenoid b on chrysler grand voyager

One of the shift solenoids in transmission has caused a code and needs to be fixed or replaced by sounds of it. You are currently in what they call "limp mode". Take it to a dealer or tranny shop (reputable) have it scanned, and get a quote for repairs, and decide from there. Letting someone who doesn't know these transmissions play with it now, will certainly end up costing you a new or rebuilt one needing to be installed. If not taken to a dealer, and fluid & filter is changed, be sure to insist on Mopar ATF 4 transmission oil, and nothing else, should be used on it.

SOURCE: Chrysler Neon auto gearbox problems

P0733 IS GEAR RATIO ERROR IN 3RD AND P0734 IS GEAR RATIO ERROR IN 4TH..THESE CODES USUALLY MEAN AN INTERNAL PROBLEM IN TRANSMISSION,BUT CHECK WIRES AT SPEED SENSOR CONNECTORS FOR BROKEN WIRES BY PULLING ON WIRES AND WIRING NEAR SOLENOID PACK FOR CHAFING..I HOPE THIS HELPS..YOU MIGHT WANT TO DROP THE TRANS PAN AND LOOK FOR A PLUGGED FILTER OR DEBRIS IN PAN..MAKE SURE THE TRANS COOLER IN RAD HAS NOT FAILED ALSO

SOURCE: Shift solenoid problem

Here goes.Remove neg batt cable 10 mm, Remove elec connector to solenoid 6mm. Remove trans lines from trans(sometimes you can get away with not doing this) Remove speed sensor connector small screwdriver just to get the tab to release. Use 1inch scoket to remove spped sensor (just needs to be loose) spin out by hand. Remove 3 blolts 8mm holding the solenoid to trans. When puting new one in make sure the area is clean, clean, clean. Use new gasket. Dealer gasket trans solenoid 04659982 & replace o ring on speed sensor part#06501657ab. The bolts on solenoid snug them down but don't over tighten them. The speed sensor is 20lb torque. The right speed sensor part is 06501658ab this one is blue the left is black. Hope this helps.

Holden suburban column auto...car won't go into reverse and takes a while to change to 2nd gear...is it major

It might be.
You should first change the gearbox oil and replace the gearbox oil filter, then retry.
If you are still having an issue, then check the vehicle's speed sensor and TCM.

My 2000 Chrysler grand Voyager doesn't go in reverse what do i do to fix the problem. Do I have to replace the transmission.

well if transmission fluid level okay.transmission fluid has been changed every 30000 miles.your reverse servo or reverse band worn out.you could have internal damage to pinions, internal gear , sun gear, damage input carrier and reaction carrier.

My gearbox is stuck in 2nd gear even if you put it into 3 or L & engine light is stuck on & cant remove it?

the pcm prolly has picked up a problem with the transaxle, pcm puts the transaxle in "limp mode" which will keep it n 2nd or 3rd depending on the programing try checking the codes to see if it has speed sensor or solonoid failure codes. clear them, n c how long it takes to come back

Reverse lights are not working on Chrysler Grand Voyager 2.3 CRD

There has to be a switch , They do not work from ESP , its either going to be on the gearbox case or connected with the gearshift lever/mechanism.
If this is automatic transmiision, then it would be the inhibitor switch fitted to the selector mechanism.
Hope this helps
