This means that you have a fault with your stability control system. the stability control is designed to prevent a rollover it detects body roll when you are driving the ride control is the air suspension sytem this keeps ride hieght the same based on how wieght is in the vehicle. check the links that connect the switches to the suspension you may have one dissconnected (these links wear out over time you night have to replace them) there is one on each wheel postion if you need anything else let me know

It could mean tires need checking, shocks need checking, tie rods need checking, front end out of alignment. The vehicle sensors are detecting something is not right.

I have 2010 g class problem is the warning sign on dashboard just a red car shown in dashboard

The red car warning light on the dashboard of your 2010 G-Class vehicle indicates a problem with the vehicle's stability control system. The stability control system is an important safety feature that helps to keep the vehicle stable and under control during driving, particularly in slippery or uneven road conditions. When the red car warning light is illuminated, it indicates that there is a fault with the stability control system and it may not be functioning properly. It is recommended to have the vehicle assessed by a qualified mechanic as soon as possible in order to diagnose and fix the problem. Continuing to drive the vehicle with a faulty stability control system can increase the risk of accidents or other issues.

RE: 2002 Volks Jetta

If the circle is not continuous and has an arrowhead at the bottom, it has to do with the stability control system. See the link for a description and meaning. I recommend watching the short video near the bottom of the page.

Why does the dstc light stays on the dashboard?

The DSTC system by Volvo means Dynamic Stability & Traction Control, and is the equivalent of the ESP system (means the Electronic Stability Program). If the DSTC lights on the dashboard permanently the DSTC system is faulty. You must access the DSTC Electronic Control Unit (ECU) memory to pull out all DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Codes), using diagnostic equipment connected to the data link connector of the car. Then you will be full informed about bad pieces (e.g.: front right wheel abs sensor interrupted, ...). After bad pieces replacement you will be able to erase all faults memored by DSTC ECU, in other words reset the DSTC system and turn off the warning lamp on dashboard.

Service stability warning light is on

Thay means that your Stability Control System is malfunctioning. Your vehicle may be equipped with Continuously Variable Road Sensing Suspension (CVRSS) this system controls the ride height (Air Springs) and the stiffness (electronic shocks) of your suspension. Your computer data must be collected and used to help determine the cause of the failure before any repair can begin.

I am noticing a flashing light on my dashboard. The item flashing is a car with lines coming from behind the car. it is beside d seat belt icon. What does it mean, and how can I fix it?

the symbol with a car and 2 curved lines behind means:
"Slip control" or "Stability control" (also known as ESC, ESP, ASR or DTC) warning.
Toyota Trac Inop Light Toyota's traction control helps you maintain traction on wet, icey, loose or uneven surfaces. There are complex wheel speed sensors that will trigger the traction control safety feature as needed. If you see the trac inop light illuminate, this feature might be disabled. A Toyota service rep can access the trouble code and identify what is needed to fix any potential issues. - See more at: http://jeffwylerclarksvilletoyota.com/section/secondary/toyota-dashboard-indicators#.dpuf
