During heavy rain the front and rear passenger carpets get soaking wet. The windshield drain, sunroof drain, door seals, windows have all been checked. The carpeting on the front door pocket also gets wet. Is there anything else that I should look at?

It sounds like a plugged drain line from the air conditioner. Most cars now run in the a/c mode whenever u turn on the climate control (even when heat is on). The passenger side front is where it would be wet, and the carpet and carpet pad act like a sponge and will soak up the water. Let me know how u make out.

Clear out drainage hole underneath the battery. I'm just in the process of figuring out how to do it myself.

hello, make sure the drain line on ac coil is open, my uncle has a astro, with rear ac also, the line for the drain was cloged up also, needless to say his carpet was wet too, also if it has luggage racks on top, pull them off and put small amount of silicone undr the racks where screws go into the top of the van.
