I have a 2005 Toyota sienna that is having heating issues. The heat would only work on the driver side, not on the passenger or back areas. We later had a mechanic friend check & our water pump was broken & the radiator had a crack, in addition, a new thermostat was installed. We thought that was the issue, but No heat still. It does kinda work on the driver side, but is not really enough to defrost or keep u warm driving to work. So, I decided to pull the dash part thinking one of the flap doors in the heat box didn't work. I took the servo motors off & manually worked the flaps trying to see what happened. Same thing, heat only comes out driver side (not very warm), and not the rest of the van. All the flaps appeared to work fine. I touched the two alum hoses connected to heater core and they were hot. We also have an P0037 Oxygen sensor heater control circuit low - bank 1, sensor 2 code Autozone read for us. From what I have read, that is not associated.....But, What am I missing? This is my wife's vehicle, now mine until I get it fixed. Help! I want my car back!

Sounds like you have air trapped in the heater core when you flushed the heater core. loosen the upper most heater core hose and run the engine untill coolant seeps out. Wait until the coolant has reached running temperature.
SOURCE: 1994 Toyota pickup / 4WD
you could try running engine and open top heater core hose highest point should bleed it fully, failing that look at manual should tell how much water is in system
SOURCE: 2007 corolla does not give off heat, blows cold.
Having same problem. Turn knob to full heat, it blows Luke warm to cold air. Cycle the knob a couple times and rev engine to 5 / 6 RPM and it starts blowing hot air.
