A blower control switch for the digital A/C. Mine went out almost the same way, driving along, checked outside temp. and then it started getting warm. No blower, no defroster, not even a trickle of air from the vents.
This part is behind the motor on the ductwork. It is inconveniently behind the heater hose on the engine. It takes 2 screws, about 9mm, and has 1 electric plug.
It is about the size of a pack of cigarettes with 90% in the vent. If you can plug in the new part to the harness you can instantly tell if it is the problem, because the A/C will work. Then remove heater hose and lose some coolant, switch part.
Oddly enough there is a diagnostic in the dash display, but it did not idenify this part.

There are several possibilities that could be causing your problem.
Assuming the power steering fluid is full, bring the car to any brake shop or repair shop that does front end alignments to diagnose the problem further. I hope you find this points you in the right direction. Thank you for using Fixya!
