Im trying to locate the fuse for the rear blower in my 2008 gmc arcadia, can anyone help me

RR/HVAC fuse 30amp located in the under hood fuse box. You can check it but highly doubt it's the problem . More then like it's the blower motor control module that's bad .
Circuit/System Description
The auxiliary blower motor is a variable speed fan. The HVAC control module controls the fan speed by sending a pulse width modulated signal to the auxiliary blower motor control module. The auxiliary blower motor control module varies the duty cycle across the auxiliary blower motor in relation to the pulse width modulated signal. The auxiliary blower motor speed can be adjusted from 10 percent to 90 percent duty cycle (PWM), 90 percent is high speed fan.
Watch this video for testing purpose's only , this is a front blower motor control module . Same way your back one works . GM is GM Chevy , Buick ,GMC , Cadillac .

My blower works fine in the back and weak in the front until i get on the highway

This is one of two failures either the front power transistor or the blower motor. If the power transistor is failed, then the blower motor has to be replaced also. This is a very common failure.

Hi. My blower motor only works on high and I am trying to gain access to my blower motor resistor. I can't seem to remove the plastic insulator enough for me to reach in with a screw driver or socket....

The resistor block you are looking for will be close to your blower motor. There will be about 5 or 6 wires going to the block ,each a different color. When you take it out it should be about the size of a credit card and almost as thin.It is possible that Chrysler has found a new place to hide it so my suggestion is go to the dealer and buy the replacement and have them print off a diagram of the exact placement. They can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Sorry to say there is no heavy duty block on the market that I know of and yes, they can go very quickly sometimes.I hope this helps, good luck
