Hello capybluebloo: The torque specs are as follows. Step one tighten to 10-12 ft.lbs. Step two is to tighten an additional 60-65 degrease. I checked two different shop programs and they both say the same. I hope you have access to a degree meter as the degree is very important. Please leave a rating as to quality of your reply as it does help. Should you need more help just ask. Thank You for using FixYa. Roger

Below I posted the information you needed. The cam is easy, just do it in order and by the torque specs. the cylinder head you must be very detailed with and follow the indtructions to the letter or you will be waisting your time. If you have any other questions or need any pictures feel free to email me at [email protected] and be detailed as to what you need so I'm sure to send the right stuff. I hope this helps and good luck. By the way since you have the engine pretty much torn down, have you thought about the oil pump as well. that engine is famous for them going and would think about replacing as well to be on the safe side. I believe the cost including a new timing cover with it is about $150.00. It might be worth the extra $$$ while you're putting so much into it already....Just a thought. Do this for a living and have seen it a lot.
