Rockford Fosgate cd changer

I have a 2002 Nissan Sentra SE R and my 6 disc changer keeps saying error2 on the screen. My cd's will not play nor will they eject. It makes a skipping sound and then shuts off. I have tried holding the eject button for a few seconds and nothing happens. I have tired it with the car on and off and nothing happens except for the error2. My cd's are stuck and my cd changer will not play at all. I cannot figure out how to take the changer out of the car and I do not know if I should. Please help me!!!
