Ford taurus 2003 jumps while waiting at a red light and jumps when going uphill

It jerks back and forth in drive and some in other gears. Acts like it is not getting gas when inclining a hill and jumps going up a hill we also got a reading of error P1000 and P3030

SOURCE: check engine light came on and car is jerking and acts funny in low gears

could be the iac valve, idle air control valve.
at the beginning check for air leaks, a scanner will be enough for to know the reason,

SOURCE: 2003 Ford Taurus, 90K, used car, engines shakes, ABS goes on

Are you getting any codes from the Check Engine Light? This sounds like it could have something to do with a sensor. Check your air filter and make sure it's clean. The tach on my 1999 doesn't really work, but it hasn't coincided with other driveability problems. The engine doesn't change in it's RPM's, the tachometer just stops working. Have your charging system checked. The shaking might be coming from bad fuel pump operation, clogged fuel filter, or dirty fuel injectors. Try putting an additive into your gastank to clean the injectors (a bottle of Seafoam is great for this). Try calling your local Autozone and see if they do free trouble code scanning. This might help lead you in a better direction.

1998 taurus stalls out when shifting to first, when you get it to go the entire time its driving it is jerking and hopping down the road. Doesn't stall out at red lights or when you stop. Could it be the...

Check the spark plugs, and wires. If you see nothing wrong here, it may be getting just enough of gas to keep it running (ALMOST CUTTING OFF, BUT A SHOT OF GAS BARELY KEEPS IT GOING) this could cause it to jump and hop. If this is the case then it may need a fuel system cleaning, one of the injectors may not be functioning at the right PSI. I don't think it would be the ignition coil.

My 06 Ford Taurus idles rough sometimes and when I am going down the road it acts like the transmission slips into neutral. The RPMs and motor rev up and then it jerks and catches up

You may need a transmission flush, if one of the valves sticks in the transmission it may not make a quick decision to shift when in between gears. Worst case ...this may be a precursor to worse problems, like a transmission rebuild.
