check horn fuse and relay.if both good hot wire horn if it works the horn button pad need replacing meaning you have to replace the whole horn pad and airbag in the steering wheel.if horn dont work when hot wired more likely horn is bad.
the horn unit is bad useally located under fnt wheel well, behind the headlamp
.Water and other debris can get around the horn unit and can make them stop working.Also the horn button might be an issue
check the fuses but there should also be a relay for these "toys" located either in the fuse box under the dash or in the fuse box in the engine compartment often located near the battery.
try checking your sparkplugs, maybe its not burning fuel thats why it goes off, its gotta be some fuel flooding. try replacing a good hi tensior wires too for better fuel burning. hope this helps
sounds like only 1 of your 2 horns is working - up under hood near center in frt of radiator-or on 1 side down in front by wheel well horns are located
