You have a diverter plate that switches the heat from the dash to the floor
this is normally operated by a small cable or it cdould be electronic so what you are going to have to do is to pull find out if yours is electronic and if it is than have the electronic actuator replaced or if it is a cable check to see if it is still hooked up and is not broke ok ?

Hello, Look underneath dash on passenger side of your transmission hump. The simple fix would be a broken or de-tached cable(wire). You might be able to move it by hand.The more complex solution involves (professional service)removing a substantial part of the dash to get to the internal baffle.
