Check your fuel injection fuses. If the fuses all look good, replace the ECM. The ECM output drivers to the fuel injectors may no longer be working. I see this alot on these cars.

1995 buick 3.8l no injector pulse, has injector power, has spark, has fuel pressure

The injector pulse is fed from the ECU and the signal is fed from the crank sensor. The only things to check are the sensor, the ECU or the ground.

Where is the fuel injector driver circuit? 1995 cadillac fleetwood 5.7

It is the ground side of the injector, one side is hot and one side gets grounded by the ECM to open and close the injector, this is called the "pulse" Do you have 12 volts at one side of injector with key on?

No injecter pulse

Have you checked the fuses ?
If you are not getting power to the injectors, it looks like the pink and black wire is powered by fuse number 7 in the box. The injectors are grounded by the ECM.

Engine stalls #6 cylinder not fueling. Replaced fuel injector, plugs and wires. Checked compression. All good. Removed injector rail and placed #4 injector plug on #6 and injector started fueling. ...

sounds to me that you need a computer since the injector gets its signal from the computer. You can get a noid light from auto parts store to test the wire attached to the injector. The light should flicker when cranking the car. No flicker chances are you need ecm.

I have a 1995 dodge neon and it has been out of commision for a yr. Went to go and start it up and nothing. engine turns over, but no power to the coils and no power to the fuel pump. I checked the relays...

it could be a crank sensor but you should have it on a scan tool to see if there is a signal being put out by the crank sensor before throwing parts at it

1995 Buick LeSabre fuel injectors are not triggering. What is causing this?

Question:
Explain Triggering!

Fuel injectors do either one of three things:
1) Clogged - fail to pass gas through them when a voltage triggers them to fire/spay gas.
2) Electrical connection breaks inside the injector - 'throw it away and get a new one'
3) Signal being sent to the injector isn't being sent.
Swap a good known working injector with the suspected bad one. See if there is a change!
NOTE: Many times when the car is on and standing still idling, removing (a or 1) of the fuel Injector's electrical connection from it interrupts how smooth the engine idles.
If no idle interuption - injector isn't working at all
if a slight idle interuption - injector is working fine
if a major idle interuption - possilbe there are other injector's that aren't working either.

1995 buick lesabre custom. has a new fuel

even if you have preasure in the line that does not mean you have fuel going into the engine. you should check the injectors to see if they are spraying and if not you need to check the injector pulse to find out if the PCM is sending the signal to them to spray. to check injector pulse you will need a noide light to test the pulse it the light lights up you have pulse, but easy way to check is pull an injector and turn the engine over see if it sprays.

if voltage is on both sides of the injector your computer is bad if only on one side try a crankshaft position sensor its very common with these cars.
