Bad parks (tail. and runnings , same deal)
there are 3 in rear
2 tails in front (funny that...) and 4 on sides of most cars.
and 20 more inside called DIM lights. are they dead too?

if all 25 odd lamps are dead the fuse is blown.
or bad park relay. or bad park switch.
start at the 10cent fuse and work up to $200 combo switch.
i uses , voltmeter. and dont guess. its easy , ask.

GM doesn't have the best tail light setup. do you own a test light? You should start at the back. The turn signals and hazards use one bulb. The brake light uses another bulb. Remove the bulb and carefully test for ground and power. If it is there then it is either the bulb or related contacts. If power or ground is not there then unplug the tail light assemble and test for power or ground again. The tail light circuit board is notorious for going bad. Turn signal not working

TAIL LIGHT NOT WORKING

It can be faulty tail light bulb or its issue with tail light control switch or its wiring's are short.

Check the voltage at fuse slot of tail light.Do you receive 12 volt there. If not, then it says tail light switch is not receiving power supply.

Dash and interior lights do not work

Dash lights are on the same fuse as the tail lights. Dash lights not working is an indication that the tail lights are not working. The first thing to check is that the tail light fuse is not blown. Most of the time replacing the tail light fuse will restore both the tail lights and the dash/interior lights. If this is not the case you may have to trace the wires and look for a broken or unplugged wire in the harness.
