If you got it new the paperwork you got should have the code. If used, check owners manual lots of people write it inside the cover. When all else fails, bring it to a dealer and give them the vin # and show registration. they can give that info to you.

How Do I Unlock the Radio in a 2002 GMC envoe? it write in yhe radio screen theftloc acivate

The only way to get the code is to call a Chevy dealership and talk to the service department. They will want your VIN number to look it up in their computer. Sometimes they even want you to come to the dealership to show proof of ownership.

I WISH TO DISCONNECT ONE TERMINAL OF MY BATTERY FOR AN EXTENDED ABSENSE. DO I NEED TO TAKE OFF ANY PARTS TO FIND THE TERMINALS?

You may, but more likely not. Make sure that if you have a theftloc radio that you have the code before disconnecting the battery. I would disconnect the negative terminal. On a side note, if your only going to leave it for a month to 2, then it is really not necessary, the only drain on your battery will be the clock. I would be a little more concerned with the fuel, and for a couple months, it will still be ok. Much longer and a fuel stabilizer will be a good idea.

My radio is locked and I don.t no how to unlock it.

You have to go to the dealer. If you disconnect battery with theftloc and don't know the code, that is the only way to get it reset. When you do that, make sure you keep the new code.

After dead battery, radio won't work. lights flashing

First I would try to disconnect the negative cable and then reconnect the cable. See if it resets.

My truck's radio displays LOC

The radio is in TheftLoc mode. You must go to the dealer and they can unlock it for you, for a price of course. Unless the code has been written in the owners manual somewhere. It's usually a 4 or 5 digit code.
