2005 Acura TL Fuel Filter

This particular vehicles fuel filter is located in the fuel tank itself! I have a part number from rockauto.com which is where I buy most parts I need! My answer is a solid 100% as I work in the automotive field. BECK/ARNLEY Part # 0433015

the fuel filter for this is in the gas tank, it is part of the fuel pump module.

On a 12 year old car I would suspect a fuel delivery problem. Replace the fuel filter and if this continues has your fuel pressure checked as the fuel pump may be failing.

You will have to have a fuel pressure test done on the vehicle ,but it is either the fuel filter,or the fuel pump witch has gone out,it is not a relay,or fuse,or the pump would not work at all.Replace the fuel filter and see if the engine performs correctly .If the fuel filter helps,but the engine still runs poorly,replace the fuel pump,if the fuel filter went to long,being restricted,it will wear out the fuel pump.

it is located on the firewall. has a metal line going into it from the tank with copper washers with a rubber line comeing from there to the fuel rail

change the oil and filter is not done, replace the air and fuel filter if not done, service the transmission if not done.

To change cabin air filter on Acura TL firs time you need to open the glove box and then remove the arm that holds the glovebox. Press the 2 sides of the glovebox to take this out like in picture bellow.

After do this you can see and locate the cabin air filter housing cover.

Push the 2 tabs from the filter frame to unhooking from the housing cover. Take the frame out and replace the old cabin air filter with the new one with the air flow indicating arrow pointing down.
