You can try and manually get under the car where the tire is located and turn it with a pair of pliers since that too they usually supply from the factory is worthless anyways. if that doesnt work. get someone to torch it off and put a new one in

How do I prepare my Chevy Tahoe to pulll a travel trailer

Tow package Reece hitch with the right size ball, electric brakes with trailer wiring. Sway bar\'s stops trailer from swaying back & forth. The most important is to find out the tongue weight on trailer. If it\'s more than your Tahoe can handle you will need to put air bag\'s on your rear suspension to help support the weight. You will also need to check the tire load rating on your Tahoe\'s rear tires. You don\'t want a blow out going down the road! Goose neck trailer won\'t work period! Good luck!

How do I remove the spare tire on my 2001 chevy surburban?

Typically all Suburban spare tires are mounted on an under-car carrier. This carrier is usually accessed through a covered key way at the rear bumper near the license plate step. The jack that comes with the Suburban also has a crank rod that is used to raise and lower the jack. The other end of the rod is designed to access the key way to crank the spare tire lift up or down. Cranking the lift in a counterclockwise rotation will lower the spare tire.

I hope this helps:)

Where is the jack and tools for spare tire?

CHANGING A FLAT TIRE
Jack Location
In the Durango, the scissor jack and tire changing tools
are stowed under the second row seat.
The jack is secured in place with a winged stud and a
fixed stud. It is very important to secure the jack tightly
in place by engaging the slot in the base to the fixed stud
under the middle seat. The winged stud inserts through
the eyelet in the end of the jack’s worm screw.

I can not remove the spare tire on my 2001 Chrystler Town and Country. The spare only comes down a few inches. It don't come down to the ground like it should.

Are you using the rod and turning the crank to lower the spare tire? There will be a little hold along the trim of the trunk opening by the top of the bumper. You need to insert the rod into this hole and crank it to lower the tire

How the heck do i unlock my spare tire on my dodge durango??? HELP

check for the hole under the liftgate right over the bumper. Take the little bars that must be somewhere in the car and start turning inside the little hole. The tire will come down slowly.
