SOURCE: no pressure on cluth pedal

You have air in the system, Keep the reservoir full, attach a hose to the bleed screw the other end of the hose in a small clean jar. Open the bleed screw, push the clutch pedal to the floor, close the bleed screw, repeat over and over till you are getting fluid and NO bubbles. do not reuse the brake fluid. When the bubbles are gone your clutch will work.

SOURCE: I changed out my slave and master cylinder in a 96

You have to bleed the system just like you do a brake system. Pump the clutch pedal, then hold it down and open the bleeder valve on the slave cylinder. Repeat this till there is no air in the system. Check your adjustment and the free play from the pedal to the master cylinder. You may have to rebleed a couple of times due to the amount of air that will be in the system since both of the units were replaced.

SOURCE: Clutch pedal does not disengage clutch

If the car hasn't been driven for a while it could be corrosion on the fork but I think that is unlikely. I think you are right about the release bearing being jammed in the spring. If the truck has quite high mileage, it probably means a clutch job.

The clutch will not engage properly on my 1988 toyota pickup. Already replace clutch master cyclinder and clutch slave?

There are a couple of possibilities; worn clutch plate, failed pressure plate, possible hanging up of the throw-out bearing. Also, some hydraulic clutches have a throw adjustment on the slave cylinder that may need adjustment after replacing the slave cylinder.
If you plan on more DIY maintenance, I would highly recommend buying a Haynes service manual, you'll find the $25 well-spent:

Clutch go's all the way to floor with no resistents can not shift gears engine won't stay on. 1987 5 speed pickup truck

Sounds like the hydraulic fluid may have leaked out of a line or the slave cylinder is leaking, or the master clutch cylinder has an internal leak that doesn't actuate the clutch effectively when the pedal is pushed to the floor.

Wont shift into gear

Was the fluid low? Does the pedal have any resistance? does it feel normal? Did it happen all of a sudden? Does it shift into gear with the engine off? You say it doesnt shift into gear, but does the shifter move into gear or not? Or it does and the truck wont move? Sounds like maybe the SLAVE CYL isnt operating? leaking? theres more questions to answer.

Change the gear slave cyilinder on a toyota 4

The slave cylinder on that vehicle is located on the left hand side of the of the transmission near the bell housing, It has a steal line connected to a cylinder with a rubber boot attached to the opposite end. There is a rod that protrudes through the rubber boot that is in contact with the shift fork. It should be mounted to the side of the transmission by three bolts. First loosen the steal tube fitting and gently remove the tube from the cylinder. Next, remove the mounting bolts and remove the cylinder from the vehicle. Install the new clyinder in reverse order then bleed the air from the system. To bleed have some one else manipulate the clutch pedal. Ensure that the clutch master cylinder is full of fluid at all times and have your assistant pump the clutch pedal several times then hold the pedal to the floor. While the pedal is on the floor open the slave cylinder's bleeder valve for several seconds then close. Repeat this process until only hydraulic fluid is emitted when the bleeder valve is opened and your assistant confirms that the vehicle has a firm/normal pedal feel.
