Which engine? 2.5 or 4L ,,, always engine first...... ill post for 4liter.
the first test on all EFI, (varies rules) but here it is.
many cars only have power to the pump cranking and running (ONLY)
(crash and burn rules... dig it?)
so use the meter this time and crank.
fuses first check.

btw, alldata.com has that, login and look, like us.
see schem linked here. its real simple and is online. (goggle)

this EFI pump in 1993, is 100% controlled by the ECU. at all times
Fuse 1, blown kills pump dead.
software (firm) in the ECU controls this.
http://www.fixkick.com/look/odds-ends/jeep/93wrangler-EFI-4L.jpg

if cranking , pump is dead, check coil for 12v, on fuel pump relay
if not 12v across coil, cranking the ECU is bad.
or ECU detects spark loss, again, crash and burn logic in the ECU.

the ecu monitors spark at all times. if bad it cuts fuel
even if spark is GOOD. ! and spark feed back is bad.
that is pin 44 on ECU is dead......... for any reasons.....

No power in my fuel pump fuel relay for fuel pump

Get yourself a wiring diagram & study it & then
start testing the fuel circuit

How would you know whether you had power or
now power, to anything, working blindly?

You listen to what your told.
I wouldn't-- you may have changed a good fuel pump

I NEVER walk to any vehicle without a wiring diagram

How would you learn the system & the circuits, without one?

No power to fuel pumps

Have to start testing that system

No wiring diagrams your in trouble
Sort of like no road map, don't know
what is there to test or what happened

Given the age, you can be sure it is a rust
& corrosion wiring problem,IF infact there
is no battery voltage (power) to whatever
your doing.

Need a volt meter ,system knowledge (wiring
diagrams) & do voltage drop tests

You got power to most everything, what you don't
have is a complete circuit to operate the fuel pump

I would check to see if everything on the truck works,
except the fuel pump.

If your loosing other items, then check fuseable links

The top of the fuel tank may be the issue, as you have all sorts
of water, rust, etc & the wires for the pump,IF the pump is
any good

No power to the fuel pump. looking for a wiring diagram.

The 15a efi fuse pwoers the computer fuel system components including the pump. If you NEVER have pump power, I would check the FP terminal in the underhood diag connector...this is the FUEL PUMP POWER wire tap. If it never gets off zero at any key position (Run or crank) your problem is either wiring, the circuit opening/Fuel pump relay, or the efi main relay, or the fuse itself. If it has power in 1 position but not the other, suspect wiring, or possibly the airflow meter. fuel pump switch power is run thru the airflow meter, if its not hooked up, the fuel pump relay cannot be closed in the run position, or if its open internally or the contacts are bad.

2004 tiburon cut off fuel switch located at. needs turn on

Researched wiring diagrams for the fuel system on the 1004 Tiburon (4 & 6 clylinder engines). There is no fuel cut-off switch/circuit. There is only the fuel pump relay that supplies power to the fuel pump.
Here's the wiring diagram:

1985 corvette no power to fuel pump

There's probably a relay that may control the fuel pump and the rst of the fuel system. I'd go to the local auto parts store and purchase a service manual, i believe it's only about twenty dollars. Good luck.
