Question about 2005 Ford F-150 Regular
Truck will turn over but its like its not getting any fire.
Run fault codes and look for cam/crank position sensor. check to see if the camshaft is turning (Broken timing belt)

Well first have you charged your battery back up, if so then try to by pass the ingintion switch by just connecting the two main post of the colenoid with a piece or wire, this creates a direct wire basically from your battery to your starter, if still no luck you will need a new starter located more to the drivers side close to right under the pedels on the bottom side of the truck.

Replace the fuel filter as the fist action. Often this is charged for - but not done on a service, and if blocked will starve the engine. Just done mine after 3 years - would not believe the [email protected] that was in it.
If not much difference, check the fuel pump in the tank, and any cables to it.
If this fails, the engine needs to **** the fuel more - and can lead to starvation problems too.
Change the air filter every year, as this is cheap and will give you better MPG anyway.
