2007 honda odyssey right front door won't open by inside or outside handles

there is a pin in the door handle might have broke off there are two 10 mm nuts that will release the handle but you have to take the door panels off and remove it any local junk yard should have it or can order it for you

1) Linkage from the inside handle became unhooked.
2) Linkage on many hondas have plastic parts that are prone to break.
3) In any case, you will have to take off the inside upholstery from the door to inspect the linkage, or other faulty part. It happened to me in my Accord. A plastic part broke in the linkage, very near the inside of the handle, i fixed it with super glue, and it lasted a week. As expected, a OEM part was needed, and fixed the problem.

The cable going to must have come undone or handle leaver inside is broken. The interior door panel will have to be removed to verify problem.

More than likely the connecting rod that goes from the door lock actuator to the locking mechanism itself came unattached. These rods are usually held in place by a small piece of plastic that the rods "pop" in and out. The only other thing i can imagine possible is that the door lock itself is actually seized up. In order to attempt to fix this, you would have to remove the door side panel to see the inner workings of the door, and this is quite difficult on most side sliding doors (i have a 2000 pontiac montana w/dual sliding doors).
