1998 dodge intrepid auto climate control. My heater will not turn off, and the fan is stuck on high, and also stuck on the cold temp. I replaced the climate control module and checked all the wiring. Problem is still there. Please help.

The fan speed control not adjusting usually means the 'resister' is no longer working. Stuck on cold means the 'blend door actuator' is no longer functioning.

SOURCE: The heater is blowing cold but the engine temperature reads high

Hi
I would first check to see if both heater hoses are hot to the heater.
if 1 is hot and 1 is cold the heater control valve is closed or the heater core is plugged.

Fan control knob on a/c and heater will only run on high speed. 2003 dodge mini van

I replaced the fan module under the glovebox on my 2005 Town & Country last night. Mine would not shut off at all with key on. It only blew on high no matter where I set the switch. Mine also had the climate control which makes a difference. If it is not the auto climate control it is usually the blower resistor if the other fan speed selections don't blow at all except on high.

Heater fan will not work until the car warms up and then it will start to work.

If your van has climate control try switching from auto to manual, a lot of auto climate controls "Wait for warm up" before turning on fan for heater.

My heater fan turns on before the car has warmed up. It blows cold air? Any ideas why?

After warmup it still blows cold, or only when cold? Normally the fan will operate independently of engine temp except in some climate controlled vehicles. As long as it blows warm air after engine is at temp that's a good thing. the heater uses hot water from the engine. Obviously the heater can't be warm before the engine is. If it's cold after the engine is hot, there are vacuum controlled "motors" on top of the heater box under the dash that move doors that control heat. Either one of the control motors or one of the doors have stuck or failed. Many also have a control valve on one of the heater hoses under the hood as well. If the engine comes up to temp then the thermostat is good (should be at about 210f) Only remaining item is the core itself which may be internally or externally obstructed.
All this being said, if it's good when the engine is up to temp, leave it alone...it's fine.

1997 Bonneville SSE, when the heater is turned on, only cold air

you may have a failed blend air door motor/actuator. this part will regulate the amount of air from the heater core depending on the temp setting on your electronic climate control unit. if it has failed, it will be stuck at the temp that it was last set at when it quit working. it is also possible the heater core may be plugged up, but using the gm recommended dexcool coolant and flushing it out every 5 years, it should not be plugged up. you can pull the 2 heater hoses off the heater core on the passenger side of the engine compartment firewall and see if the heater core is the problem. caution-do not use a high pressure air hose to blow through the heater core as this could damage it and cause a leak!

All i get from my heater is heat i cant turn the ac on, and when i turn off the heater it still blows hot air

Sounds like a stuck heater core valve. Find heater core valve. Under hood, find the two heater core hoses going into firewall. One of the hoses has a valve. Operate temperature control (full heat, then full cold) check that valve changes position. If not either replace valve or control system failure. Also, when temperature control in cold position, one hose should feel hot and the other cold. Temp fix: disable valve to close no heat or on heat.

Passenger side blows hot air when front control set to Air

you cant adjust it ,this requires the dealers computer to re set it,or a phyiscal control has packed up like a vacumn pipe has split where it pushes onto the valve that controls the flap in the heater unit.
