I HAVE A 2002 E150 ECONOLINE VAN. THE RADIO, THE HORN, TURN SIGNALS AND ER FLASHER QUIT WORKING.

Could be a lose connection in the dash , more then likely . Who replaced the gauge an drive indicator ? The horn / cruise control /turn signals / radio all share a common ground point it looks like ,G203
G203 Behind upper LH side of I/P, near cowl
Maybe after gauge & drive indicator replacement connection became lose . None of these componets share a power supply (fuse) I can't send picture of the location of G- 203 sorry ! Instrument cluster would need to come out to see the ground .

Bad leak in fuel line need to replace

You don't say whether this is at a connector or a damaged fuel line. Also you don't mention what sized vehicle/engine for the van. Auto zone shows straight replacement fuel line in stock on this page (for me here in Texas) at $19.99. Check out the link to their website:

You can swap just the transmission unless the shifter is on the column, then you will need the column as well,You don't need the engine if your is still good.

Cant find the oil filter on a Ford E150 Van

Under the engine, between the rear of the engine and the front of the transmission. It will be on a mount with an oil cooler, (it has metal fins) on the driver's side.

Brake and turn signal lights stopped working on my 1996 Ford E150

You might have cut a wire or it could have broken or disconnected. Try tracing the wiring where you hooked up the trailer you may find one broken or disconnected.
