1995 Ford Windstar wont start win the cooling fans are on

Win i trun the key on if you hear the cooling fans It wont start until  thay cut off. even win the engine is cold.

usually the engine is in fail safe mode when the cooling fans come on cold. Go to Autozone and ask for free computer scan for fault codes in the engine control processor.

    Powertrain Control Module
The center of the EEC-V system is a microprocessor called the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). The PCM has a 104-pin electrical connector (Figure 1 below). The PCM receives input from sensors and other electronic components (switches, relays, etc.). Based on information received and programmed into its memory (KAM, etc.), the PCM generates output signals to control various relays, solenoids and actuators.

Keep Alive Memory (KAM) - The PCM stores information in KAM (a memory integrated circuit chip) about vehicle operating conditions, and then uses this information to compensate for component variability . KAM remains powered when the vehicle ignition key is off so that this information is not lost.

Hardware Limited Operation Strategy (HLOS) - this system of special circuitry provides minimal engine operation should the PCM (mainly the Central Processing Unit or EPROM) stop functioning correctly. All modes of Self-Test are not functional at this time. Electronic hardware is in control of the system while in HLOS.

        HLOS Allowable Output Functions:

Spark output controlled directly by the PIP signal.
Fixed fuel pulse width synchronized with the PIP signal.
                Fuel pump relay energized.
Idle Speed Control output signal functional.

HLOS Disabled Outputs To Default State:

              EGR solenoids
                No converter lock-up

If cooling fans are running then the PCM is not powering up. Check or replace the PCM relay in the under hood fuse panel

Transmission cooling fan

I'm sorry. I cannot understand your question. There is no "transmission cooling fan" on a 2001 Ford Windstar. If there was, you still would not have provided enough information about your problem for anyone to offer you any usefull solutions.

I lost my key for an 98 ford explorer and i just got a key made but wont trun the locksmith made a key from the door lock we put it in the ignition but it wont trun

There should be 8 cuts total on the key. While the door and the ignition share some of the same cuts you cannot get all the cuts from one cylinder. I believe that the door cylinder only uses 6 cuts and the ignition cylinder uses 7 cuts. The cut closest to the head of the key is #1 and the cut closest to the tip is #8. If I remember correctly the ignition cylinder uses cuts 1 - 7 and the door cylinder uses cuts 3 - 8.If the locksmith cannot decode the ignition cylinder you can try to contact you local ford dealer and see if they can find a key code and cut a key from that otherwise you may have to replace your ignition cylinder.

My 1995 ford windstar won't start, it doesn't turn over, and I don't hear anything when the key is turn'd on

what does it do? if the dash light come on but it doesn't crank you could probably bet your money on the starter solenoid being bad. tap the starter with a heavy object while someone turn the key for u. should start up.

1997 f150 starts runs ruf temp spikes dies turn key off 30sec sta

Just had a similar issue with my 1995.. started with replacement of the thermostat.. that didn't help. Turns out it's apparently the fan-clutch. Essentially, when there is stress on the engine (driving), the fan actually cuts off and makes it run hot... and my F-150 doesn't like to run hot - starts running rough as well. I'd still start with the thermostat since it's a cheap part and easy to get to.

Coolant temp is normal while idling, cools off when fans cut in

i would check to see if the stat is working right, do you have rear heat on this vech? . if you do you may have a air pocket, the windstars have a metal tube coning from the water pump that gose to the heater core lines for the rear heat and they like to fail. they get a pin hole leak that hard to find, the water pump also likes to fail also, not moving a enough fluid under load the ends of the inmpler wear down
