If you do not have a ball joint seperator you can hit the spindle where the tie rod end goes into to help pop the tapered shaft out. Also I recommend an aignment after, this will be cheap insurance for long tire life

Where is the inner left and right tie rods at on a 2003 Chevy Silverado Just need to know exactly where they are

The inner tie rod ends are on the other end of the same rod as the outer tie rod ends. They should connect to the drag link and look almost identical to the outer tie rod ends. Hope this helps.

How difficult to replace inner tie rod end on 06 silverado 2wd?

Not that hard, just spray the tie rod sleeve with WD40 night before and let it soak in. Remove the collier pin and and nut and hammer the old inner tie rod end out of the Track rod with a 5 pound sledge hammer. Remove the inner tie rod end from the sleeve and don't forget to mark the distance so you can place the new tie rod end at the same length. Reinstall the inner tie rod end to the Track rod and tighten the nut and replace the collier pin with a new one. Grease the fitting and go for a test drive, if the truck does not wonder then your good to go with out a alignment. Good luck and hope this helps, Note, make sure you have to right inner tie rod ends. Each side has different thread rotations.

My Silverado front end wobbles at any speed, not affected braking

Couple of checks , mud in front rims will give you a wobble. Front tire cord seperation or loose wheel nuts. , Wore out tie rod end, front wheel bearing play, or a weight has fallen off the rim and it needs balancing. If it is vibrating your steering wheel, have the front end looked at right away.
