I have a kia amanti 2005 both heat up but i have no heat in the car. what can b the problem

"Both" what heat up? Both heated seats? If so, the heated seats are heated using electrical current. The cabin heat from the vents is heated from engine coolant. The car will need to be running several minutes before heat will start blowing from the vents. If once the engine temperature gauge gets up to normal you still are not getting heat from the vents and are certain you have the climate control settings correct to be requesting heat, you probably either have a blend door issue or an issue with the valve that allows coolant to circulate through the heater core. I'm assuming that your blower motor is working and you can feel air flow, just the air flow is not warm. If you are not getting air flow, then the blower speed controller may have failed, the blower motor may have failed, or some other issue is preventing power from getting to the blower motor.

Can low engine coolant prevent the heat from working

not really. if you are getting different air flow at different fan speeds then the problem is the mixing door that allows warm air thru to mix with the ambient air. something is preventing it from opening if you are not getting heat.
if your fan speed stays constant then something is either blocking the fan output or something is wrong with the fan itself.
check your temp gauge. if it is getting hotter then you are losing coolant and need to fix that ASAP.
last, depending on where you live, you could conceivably be not getting hot enough air. I had a car 23 years ago like that. At temps below 0F it just wouldn't get warm enough to put hot air in the car and I had to wear gloves, jacket, neckwarmer, and hat to stay semi-warm. I actually had to block off part of the radiator with a cardboard sheet. to get some heat in the car.

1990 lincoln town car 5.0 heater won't heat, but the fan and the air conditioner works fine, a new radiator was installed also before i bought it...engine don't seem very hot ..????

If the engine is not getting up to normal temp, I would replace the thermostat. Both heater hoses have to be hot to get heat inside the car.

Heater not working blows but no heat

Oh no! What do you do when your car heater not working? How do you figure out why there's no heat in car? What if you have no heater in car? Before you start trying to figure out how to fix car heater yourself, you should know a little about how your car's heating system operates. That will help you to figure out your car heater problem and why your heater isn't working properly or even at all! So, let's talk about how your heating system functions and then about some of the more obvious reasons that it you may be getting no heat from car heater. In order to heat up the inside of your car, the heating system uses some of the excess heat produced from your engine. Actually the engine produces so much heat that if you didn't have a way to release it (the heating/cooling system in your car) it could harm and even destroy the engine! That is why the heating/cooling system is set up to remove some of the heat and keep your car running smoothly.

My car heat gets too high what is the reason for that

Hello,
Does the the instrument panel indicate the car is getting to hot or overheating? Check the coolant level in your radiator to be sure but if the temperature gauge says the car is running at an appropriate temperature then I would not worry about the heat being to hot in your cabin. Just adjust the thermostat for the heat to a lower temperature that is more comfortable to you.
