Hi there. I have a problem with my 2006 Ford territory AWD ghia. The central locking doesnt lock the rear right hand door. all other doors lock. Please help

The doors lock automatically at road speed and must be unlocked with the unlock switch before they will open (with the exception of the driver's door). This is how they were designed to work.
To unlock all doors with the remote keyless entry, hit the button twice (like double-clicking a mouse); the first unlocks the driver's door; the second push unlocks the remaining doors.

It could also be your GEM (generic electronic module) which is expensive as it controls a lot of stuff. A scan tool can be used to cehck for fault codes from the GEM.
