Citroen relay 2.0 hdi turns over but wont start, changed glow plugs but one was soaked in diesel and the other two where slow to glow. Fuel at unions before injector but when bump-started it starts and runs fine. When its warmed up and switched off it wont start again but will bump-start again.

check yhe fuel filter is it new if ok check the fuel pump or lift pump that may bre your problem
SOURCE: car wont rev
under the bonnet on the back of the mechanical pump there is a unit held in by 2 bolts
remove this unit and on the end there is a tiny filter
this will need cleaning because when the lift pump brakes down tiny parts of it get sucked up through the pipes and clog the filter
it may be best to feplace the fuel filter aswell

what voltage u getting ?. did it just stop and then not restart. if its getting fuel and glow plugs are working the next two items id look at is the cam shaft and crank shaft position sencors. also make sure ur battery is in good condition, so starter motor is turning fast enough to build up the correct pressure on the rail.
SOURCE: citroen relay 2.2 hdi glow plugs shot, just need to know where they are
They are located in the engines cylinder head.
SOURCE: fuel to injectors but still wont start
