It's probably not a fuse problem. If you got a new battery or your battery went dead or was unhooked, that will make the Galant radio reset and quit working. You have to contact your dealer (or any Mitsubishi dealer) and get the radio code for that car from them. If they don't know you or have you on file as the buyer, you'll have to prove you're the owner. (It's an anti-theft device.) Then you put in the code they give you and the radio works!
First, get the code for your radio unit from your local dealer. It has an anti-theft device that will disrupt your radio, without the code you cannot get it going again. Next, take the positive lead from the battery for about 2 minutes and put it back on. This will reset your system, it may or may not activate your anti-theft device. IF it does, you'll have the code in hand. I hope this helps you, good luck!
