Remove the upper radiator hose and the heater hose next to it, then find the 2 bolts holding the tstat housing on and remove them, use a rubber mallet to tap the housing loose then remove the old tstat clean gasket surfaces then reinstall everything. Maybe the outlet tube is obstructed? Look for oulley and try to clean it with a needle
Or maybe the tube got disconnected from the pump? Have look inside

no transmission stated, A/T or M/T? fluid implies A./T , lube implies m/t so automatic but which one?? the CVT?

Go underneath and look at tranny, There will be an upper filler plug and a lower drain plug. You can get top and hose for your gear oil / tranny fluid and fill. The level of the fluid should be exactly at bottom of hole
