what exactly do you mean by a "clutch stuck in park"
Park is in automatic transmissions and clutch is for manual
Take it to a service center or have a mobile mechanic come to determine the exact fault and get a quote to fix

Um, what kind of transmission? Standard or automatic? What gear?
Generally if it's an automatic and stuck in drive or reverse it's probably a linkage issue ...something's out of adjustment and you'll need to get under the truck to sort it out. If it is stuck in Park, then try rocking it backward or forward while some tries to move it out of park ...sometimes the parking awl gets hung up when the vehicle rolls a bit after you put it in park.
If you have a standard tranny then there is something amiss internally. Modern standard floor shift trannies do not have any external linkages to go out of adjustment. You might try rocking the vehicle back and forth while someone tries to move the shifter to neutral. But if it's jammed chances are it is something internal that's failed.

i would get the OBD codes read , i expect it is the starter inhibitor switch but the codes will tell you

parking relay fused. (stuck)
the car may have 2 or 3 Headlight and parking relays
see which one kills the lamp, and then test it for BAD.
google relay tests.

we dont have Peugeot
so cant wax smart or savvy, so answer is generic. (electr 101)

are you parked on a hill???

try pushing the knob down onto the shifter a little bit then try and shift. Sometimes if that knob is raised even a little bit it will be locked in park. Can't be 100% sure without seein it but worth a shot. Hope that helps you.

Hook the vehicle to pp2000 to find out the exact obd code and to diagnose.

When you experience this problem, check to see if your brake lights are coming on. It could be as simple as a brake light switch malfunction. If the brake lights are functioning as the problem is occurring then you could for example have a problem with the shift interlock solenoid.
