I have turn signals, and interior lights. All fuses in the interior fuse panel are good. I have replaced the headlight switch, still same problem. Is there a single fuseable link that feeds all of these? (and where is it?)
Ground strap between windsheld washer motors on fire wall, make sure you have a clean connection shinny wires remove and clean all wires the other location is R.W.A.L ground left fender, this is L7 on the wiring diagram for left headlamp ground it is at left fender side shield L7 also runs the ground wires to rear lights again remove connection and clean the wires good to have a good connection L7 is a black and yellow wire that runs fron the switch to fender and to a blue connector located left side under instrument pannel undow the connector and check the pins no bent pins and no loose connection keep following this bk/yl wire check for continuaty for this wire through out
A fuseable link comes through the fire wall. I had to solder a wire to my '92 van to keep it working after it blew. It happened a long time ago and now I'm not sure what it effected.

I would guess the brake fuse ( this does not use the same fuse as the tail lights/blinkers) or the ground for the brake light bulb.

check the fuse that are labeled park lights or tail lights.

the stratus' are well known for the brakelight switch on the brake pedal going out frequently!!
so go to nearest parts house and buy a brakelight switch, that will most likely fix your problem!!
:-)
SOURCE: The blinker stopped working on my 92 dodge dakota.
Replace the flasher unit (about the size of an old 35 MM film canister) in the fuse block.
Testimonial: "Thanks, that was the problem. I checked all the other fuses related to the lights, except that one. Thanks again!"
SOURCE: check fuse replace brake light switch, and still
first check the fuse for the stop light circuit, if it's good, check your bulbs, it's possible they are all burned out! take one of them out, swap in a new one, and see if it lights. If not, get a wiring diagram and start checking for your powers and grounds. Take a look at the stop light switch on the brake pedal. If it's no good, there is a good chance that your cruise control may not work properly either. Good luck.
