You will need the original master key to do it yourself. Best to get it done by experts with the proper equipment like a scanner. Some scanners can do it if you have the original master key.
Will do you no good. Even if you turn it off, you cannot start the car without an original key. You need to get hold of your spare key or get one made to start it. These keys has RFID immobilizer chip that has to programmed on the car to make the on board immobilizer recognize it.
Check all door switches. One of them is not properly closed even when the door is closed. There is one in the front bonnet and maybe one for the rear boot/door. If one is shorted to ground, the alarm will go off.
