Sorry if this does not fix it, but on the heavy duty version of these cabs there is a maxi fuse that protects the inside box. check for a maxi fuse and or the terminal off the under hood fuse box that feeds the inside box.

Cant figure out which fuse runs my dash bolights and running lights there is no diagram

If you did not get an owners manual with your truck ( purchased used ), you can download one from Ford :
https://www.fleet.ford.com/maintenance/owners_manuals/default.asp

The parking lamp is engine compartment fuse panel # 7, 15A. This also powers the fuse for the dash lamps, cab fuse panel # 18, 5A.

Chances are the parking lamp fuse is blown, check with a meter to a known good ground, the 2 pins on the back of the fuse, when it is installed. Should have power on both pins.

Where is the fuse for the accesories plug beside the lighter

These are called power points in Ford terms
Front one is in the BJB ( aka Battery Junction Box, Engine Compartment fuse panel ), Fuse #1.
Rear ( if SuperCrew cab ) is BJB ( aka Battery Junction Box, Engine Compartment fuse panel ) Fuse # 12. These are separate from the cigar lighter.

The heater fan motor quit on my 2002 Ford F-150 Super Cab and I can't find a fuse for it. How do I repair it?

Owners manual lists the fuses as :
Engine compartment fuse # 105, 40A
- This is the power to the blower motor relay to drive the blower.

Cab Fuse Panel, Fuse #22, 10A. This is the power to the switch in the HVAC panel.
- This fuse through the switch to operate the relay coil on the blower motor relay.

The other thing to check is the blower motor resistor, to see if there is any damage to it ( usually this is the blower only works on high )
This is behind the glove box

2002 f150 heater blower quit working all of a sudden. fuses check out okay. no juice at switch plug with the key on.

The cab fuse panel, fuse #22 is only hot in the run position, and this is the white w/ violet stripe wire at the connector on the HVAC panel on the manual temp ( vs the EATC HVAC ).

The switch in any of the positions, powers the Brown w/ Orange stripe wire wire to the blower relay ( by the flasher in the relay block under the dash by the steering wheel column, usually covered in black tape from the factory ).

The blower relay powers the blower motor resistor, to know what speed to run at, this is powered from the engine fuse panel, fuse #105 ( 40A ).

If you do not have power on the white w/ violet stripe wire at the back of the HVAC switch panel, you need to meter both sides of fuse #22, to confirm power is through the fuse.

No running lights or dash lights.no power at switch.fuse should be #7? no fuse wired there. where is it?

If you take a look at page 155 of your owners manual, it should say fuse #6, 15A in the engine compartment fuse panel.
Fuse #7 is the horn ( engine compartment fuse panel )
Fuse #7 in the cab fuse panel is open ( if this is the one you looked at ).

Fuse #6 feeds through the headlamp switch, and then back to fuse #18 ( cab fuse panel ) for the instrument illumination ( dimmer switch ).

The wire for fuse #6 to the main headlamp switch is the Tan w/ White stripe wire ( on the larger connector if I recall correctly, the smaller one is for the dimmer switch and interior lamps ).
Should be pin #13, and Pin #14 is a Brown wire ( this is to the parking lamps ).

What size fuse does the heater take?

The Blower itself is a 40A in the Engine compartment fuse panel, Fuse # 105. This is to the blower motor relay ( under the dash with the flasher relay ), to power the blower motor.

The function selector panel for the manual HVAC version is the cab fuse panel, fuse # 22, 10A.

The blend door actuator is cab fuse panel, Fuse # 5, 15A

AC fuses are seperate fuses from these.

F 150 Head light issue

You know the fuse for the high beams is good ( Cab fuse panel fuse # 16 ) and the pass low beam fuse ( cab fuse panel # 26 ).
Might want to check cab fuse panel fuse #28 ( this is the driver's side low beam ).

If this fuse has power on both sides ( with the low beams on ) next you can pull the headlamps, and check for power at the connectors, but depending when the last bulb change took place, I would say you need need bulbs. ( need at least 1 for the high beam out )
Confirming with a meter at the headlamp would be a good idea, before spending the money.

The bulb connector has 3 pins.
Black wire is ground on both sides
Light Green w/ Black stripe wire is high beams on both sides
Driver Lo = Dark Blue w/ white stripe
Pass Lo = Dark Green w/ Orange stripe.

My radio isnt getting any power

Assuming this is the factory radio

Check the cab fuse panel, fuses # 1, 8 and 20.

If these are good, could be a problem with the radio, very few had an issue with cold solder joints, but wait on confirm of fuses ( long write up )
