Buy a cheap tester for the injector circuit known as a "noid light". Different sizes available, get the one that will plug into your connector for the individual injectors.
First disconnect all injectors from their connectors. Plug the noid light into any one injector. When connected, the noid light should be blinking when the engine is cranked over. Might as well check each one for a blinking signal when cranking. If no light, the drive circuit or the ground circuit for injector is bad. The drive circuit has a hot, black wire with red stripe to each injector with key on. A wiring diagram only shows the black wire with red stripe as coming from the alternator- no other diagram. The ground circuit has a wire from each injector going to a different pin at the PCM for grounding each individual injector internally in the PCM for pulse to occur.
If the light is blinking, then reconnect one injector at a time, checking for the blinking light when cranking. If one of the reconnected injectors causes the blinking light to stop, you have found a shorted injector that could stop the injector drive circuit.
Replace or check the resistance of the injector terminals for that injector. If it differs a lot from the resistance readings for the other injectors, replace the injector.
If the noid light shows the injector circuit is working, your fuel pressure may be too low for fuel to go through the injectors. New pump and filter I see, but fuel pressure should still be checked. If it proves low, suspect the fuel pressure regulator.
How much fuel pressure do you have you should have 50 to 60 psi

Most Chrysler cars do have an anti-theft system that can cut out the engine.
I would call the service department, with your VIN handy, and see if yours was equipped with one, and what you need to reset it.
If that isn't the problem, your EGR valve might be bad, or the sensor for it. I've seen a lot of cars where if either the valve itself, or the sensor are malfunctioning, the car won't run properly.
I would also check your MAF and IAC, as those can cause the car to not run.
If you can, get an OBDII code scanner, and pull the codes from your car, they might give you a more specific place to look. (Most parts stores will let you take one home, you put a deposit down, and get it back when you bringthe scanner back to them)

If your getting gas and spark get an obd 2 scan tool and check your mass air flow sensor. I had the same problem. If your having a problem with this vehicle always check the computer first; it will save you tons of headaches later.

Check for 12 volts power at the fuel pump harness. If no power is going to the pump, check the fuel pump relay. Also, check the fuel pump inertia switch. Ford usually has it on either inside left or right rear trunk fenders.
