I have an aftermarket Ford remote start on my 2005 Ford Sport Trac. I tried to start with my truck with the key in the ignition, I would hear clicks and then the alarm would go off. I have tried to reset the alarm and the kill switch would not stop the alarm. My truck is disable due to the alarm.

First thing is to identify the alarm system, I.E.- who made it and what model it is? (like Viper, Automate, etc...)
Contact the aftermarket alarm manufacturer or the person that installed the alarm (if you had/know who installed the alarm system). Most major system have a phone number and a list of qualified installers for their systems. They will be able to direct you to a shop that can service the system. If your vehicle won't start, you may have to have it towed to the location to diagnose and correct the problem.

Not getting fuel to motor

Check cut off switch, located in the rear, check your owner's manual.
Verify the fuel pump is buzzing when you turn on the ignition{before starting}. If you don't hear the buzz/hum, your pump isn't working.

Dealer OR Locksmith

Dealer you need your VIN number

Locksmith may just cut a key for your ignition

IS it a coded ignition ? then you definatly need a dealer

2002 Ford S/T has an after market alarm installed by the dealer and now it prevents the engine from starting even after pressing the remote key entry button. I have to wait sometimes for 20 mins to go back...

only thing you can do is replace batteries in remote and reset the immobiliser (if applicable)
aftermarket systems should come with a health/cost warning, one problem and your f....d
