No power to windows, wipers, radio and heater when i start my van
Have a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport. When I start the van, I have no power to the windows, front wipers, radio and heater. 15-20 mins later it just starts working. Also, it I turn the key forward but not start the van, everything works fine but when I start it, all goes dead again.

I have a 2003 Town and Country mini-van and I lost power to all my ... In addition to this my wipers, headlight controls, blinker controls, power door locks, and A/C/heat controls are out as well. The odd thing is that the power windows work, the power sideview mirrors work, the radio and ceiling lights also work.
The FCM -front control module could be the problem. It is attached to the PDC (power distribution center). Both units combined. it is called an IPM (integrated Power Module). Without testing is would be just a guess . Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop an have it diagnosed .
If the problem is a lack of air flow from the vents, and you suspect the blower motor is not running at times, you would need to test the blower relay and blower motor for power and ground when it is not working.
well it has been awhilesense i have seen this problem i thought all this had be fixed by now. the problem is the Power control module, it is under the hood on the drivers side it is the fuse relay center, mounted to the center is the power control module and it has to be replaced as a unit, you can probably get one at a salvage yard just make sure the the service numbers all match.
