Once the unit has been turned on the display will show ' CODE - - - -'

Press preset [ 1 ] repeatedly for the first digit
Press preset [ 2 ] repeatedly for the second digit
Press preset [ 3 ] repeatedly for the third digit
Press preset [ 4 ] repeatedly for the third digit
 
To save the code press the [ 5 ] key to accept.

The set should now operate.

IT IS MOST LIKELY YOUR CRANK ANGLE SENSOR IF YOU GET AN ENGINE LIGHT COME ON THAT MEANS THERE IS A CODE STORED YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO A DEALER TO CHECK THE CODES

your radio code is 9053

The radio code should be on a sticker under the ash tray. Slip out the ash tray & look on the bottom of it. You MUST enter the correct code within 10 seconds of turning on the radio or it will lock you out.

Yes that's right, It might be heard for you bring it out the radio. I heard the same problem for about 2-4 days after I purchased my Ford Mondeo.
I opened the car drower next to the drivers seat and looked up inside it. behold I found the serial no and the key code. Before then I already tried so many codes such as 1111, 9022 for every wrong code you will need to wait another 30minutes after which I tried   1234 then It changed from "wait 30minutes" to "TEN"

I continually pressed and robb the upper layer keys it brough back the code option which I now entered the real code. and right away my radio was unlocked.

Hahahahah.

Try searching your car all around I might be hiden somewhere.
Remember the car is yours.
