Engine warning light check jetta coolant - 2005 Seat Alhambra 2.0

I would be getting that checked out because if by chance it is over heating you could ruin the engine. You need a mechanic for that.

run fault codes and look for a problem in the transmission. Check oil and coolant level as the light is a warning for both the engine and gear box and the failure to shift gears may be that the CPU has locked the vehicle in limp mode to restrict damage in the drive train units.

It says that your vehicle is low on coolant.Get the coolant level checked.If low has to be changed.

check you radiator fluid it is low

Add Coolant to spherical reservoir at right rear of engine compartment as viewed from front. If it is low the coolant gauge flashing light will warn you of a low condition.

the 'comb' is a thermometer,it's the 'hot'light,indicating high temperature of coolant.check coolant level,check for leaks.
